Mike Merrill President, CrossCurrent, Inc.

Merrill brings over 25 years of experience as a healthcare IT Executive, Senior Database Architect and Systems Integration professional. Merrill previously worked at Stockamp and Associates, the country's premier healthcare revenue cycle management firm (now a subdivision of Huron Consulting Group). Prior to this, he spent eight years with American Hospital Management leading multiple clinical and business infrastructures. Merrill is responsible for the Company's day to day operations and its operational infrastructure. He also maintains a hands on approach to the integration of INCISIVE software with healthcare systems across the country.

Mr. Merrill holds both a B.S. and an M.A. in the Computer Sciences and Ethics.

Dennis Wang VP, Client Performance Solutions, CrossCurrent, Inc.

Wang is a 13 year veteran of the healthcare consulting industry. His extensive revenue cycle experience combined with a broad set of skills in process re-engineering, information technology and change management have enabled him to effectively help clients overcome complex revenue cycle challenges. He has spent most of his career with Stockamp & Associates (now a subdivision of Huron Consulting Group) in various management capacities from project execution to software product management. While at Stockamp, he played a leadership role in the enhancement of the company's revenue cycle software solution and many revenue cycle performance improvement projects for some of the most prestigious healthcare systems in the country. More recently, as an independent consultant, Wang successfully concluded a multi-year project engagement with a large HMO in the Northwest. Wang graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business/Economics, with honors, from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Andrew Rux VP, Product Management, CrossCurrent, Inc.

Rux brings to CrossCurrent knowledge in all areas of healthcare IT, including integration, data standards, clinical workflows and electronic health records. As VP of Product Development, he has worked directly with orthopedic, spinal and neurosurgeons to guide the development of the INCISIVE MD technology platform. Rux spent 10 years in the Air Force achieving the rank of Major before retiring from the Air National Guard. Following active duty, Rux worked as a consultant for Intel for several years before completing his Masters in Science and Technology from Oregon Health & Science University. At GE Healthcare Information Technologies, Rux held positions in the technical and customer support areas before becoming the Lead Program Integrator.
