James Rowe Chief Executive Officer, CrossCurrent, Inc.

During his career, Mr. Rowe has developed and implemented financial strategies and systems that enabled the rapid growth of an injection molding company from $10 million in sales to $125 million in less than four years as Chief Financial Officer of TriQuest Precision Plastics, Inc.

For the last 10 years, Mr. Rowe has served as CEO/Chief Restructuring Officer, for a diverse group of under- performing companies, accomplishing returns to profitability and successful restructuring.

Mr. Rowe was a Senior Tax Manager at Arthur Andersen & Company before leaving to serve as a Chief Financial Officer of a large diversified holding company, including forest products, ranching, manufacturing and residential and commercial real estate development.

Mr. Rowe holds a Juris Doctor from Lewis & Clark College, Northwestern School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Oregon State University. He is a CPA and attorney.

Dave Smith Chief Operating Officer, CrossCurrent, Inc.

Dave Smith is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of leadership and management experience primarily in the healthcare industry. The majority of Dave's career has been spent as a healthcare process redesign, revenue enhancement and cost containment expert. Dave began his career working for Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) in their healthcare division, and moved on to help establish Stockamp & Associates, the country's premier healthcare revenue cycle re-engineering firm (now a subdivision of Huron Consulting Group). Dave was instrumental in developing comprehensive solutions and delivering multi-million dollar income statement and cash flow benefits for his clients. Dave has many years of experience in leading large consulting engagements with many of the top 100 healthcare institutions across the country, including large academic medical centers and complex health systems.

Mr. Smith graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree, with high scholarship, from the School of Engineering at Oregon State University.

Chris Baker Chief Technology Officer, Co-Founder, CrossCurrent, Inc.

As the co-founder and chief technology officer for CrossCurrent, Chris Baker draws on 15 years of product design, development and engineering management experience to advance the Company's strategic vision. Baker specializes in development of highly usable, retail grade products for critical market segments and user needs. He is the lead architect for CrossCurrent's MEDIAN suite of products and services.

In 1996 Baker teamed with Dennis McNannay, CrossCurrent's CEO, to found Infinite Ink. The company sold in 2000 to a software infrastructure company later acquired jointly by Sony/Phillips for $425 million. In his role at Infinite Ink, Baker was instrumental in the development of security technologies that were deployed to more than 80 million desktops worldwide.

Baker is an active participant of regional HIPAA transaction and code set healthcare working groups and a senior member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) serving as chair of the Engineering Management Society (Oregon Section) and member of the Executive Board (Oregon Section). Additionally, Baker has been chair of the Developer Special Interest Group of the Software Association of Oregon and Chair of the Digital Rights Management Working Group, Open eBook Forum (2000).
